What information we gather:
First name, names and surname, companyname, email-adress, personal identity number/ org.number, taxnumber, billingadresss, send-to-adress, town, area, country, telephonenumber, mobilenumber, IP-adress , shoppinghistory, webadress, password, orderhistory, misc. information about customer, picture of or from customer, video of customer, answeringmachines recordings.
Why and for what cause we gather this information:
As an account-customer of ours you concent to receive e-mail from us. Upon that we ask for firstname, names and surname and also a mobilenumber. This information is something we see as a minimum for us to be able to keep a good company-customer relationship with You as a customer. As a customer of ours you automatically content to receive newsletters from us.
Our system keeps record of buys from our account-customers to keep a good relationship between us and our registered customers.
After concent from You as customer we also keep misc. information in our system about whatever is agreed between You as our customer and Geoart, as; dogname ( It has just become a thing sometime in the shop :) ), hue-perferance of gemstones- or similair preference for selection for orders, various pictures and videos.
Information to us can be delivered in person in our shop, buy e-mail from your e-mailaccount or by telephone on our answeringmaching , by internet or post.
Buyinghistory is part of the customeraccount which is both connected to the internetshopping and in the shop on Hornsgatan 29D on the customers account.
If any customer asks for some specific product or information about any product or want to be contacted for any other cause and we have contactinformation to customer we keep this contactinformation as long as we see needed to be able to reconnect to customer in the issue.
Our alarmsystem takes videos on alarm.

Why do we gather information?:
To be able to identify customer, contact customer, make invoice, to ship merchandise, to keep a good customer-supplier-relationship. Pictures; To send the best product availabe to customer. Byinghistory; To find old information and send right product to customer. Signed registrationpaper in shop; To have original for acceptance on our agreement. Video; For identify and resolve crime. Invoices; following the law. Information on the anweringsmashine; listen and take action. Misc. information; to easier identify customer or keep record about customers wishes.
How long do we keep the information:
We keep the above information as long as needed to implent agreements and for us to keep good customercare. For bookkeeping we are obligated to keep record of our buys and sells for 7 years. Handmade work by us we keep record of between 2 and 7 years, beacause of guarantiees and to be able to follow up work done.
At the moment we have no best due date for our registered customers with discounts,or others without, as a standard. As long as the customer havn`t told us to delete the account or asked us to stop sending newletters ,it is active; as long as the customer can prove his/her/ it identity with full name/ companyname at registration.
If a person only has agreed on getting newsletters about our courses, they are only on that list.
The videorecording from our shop is made by our securityteam ( Securitas) . The answeringmashine is listened to from time to time and get deleted by time.
The information is stored in secure enivornments and by trustful persons.
Geoart have announced from the 25/5-18 that we might be starting to deleted customeraccounts that have been nonactive for more than 2 years, without concent from the customers involved.

Personal identity numbers will be kept if customers asks for this. ( Needed if payment is made through Klarna.)
Third part and security of informtions and tracking.
Our website uses encryption technology SSL to guarantee visitors safety regarding their personal information. This means that the personal information shared on our website cannot be viewed or changed by any third part on internet.
We do not share any information about our customers without their concent, unless law requires it or there is any baseless threaths invoved.
Vi have trusted personal data assistants for webshop, billingsystem, cashier, alarm and accounting.
